Property Assessment Data: The following Fiscal Year 2010
information was that used by the Assessing Department to generate real estate
tax bills to property owners in the Town of Raynham. The assessment date for FY
2010 was the first day of January 2009. Some property information may have been
changed after this listing was released. Changes resulting from database
corrections or the abatement process and any new construction, land subdivision
or change of use occurring after the assessment date, do not appear on this
file.
