Property Assessment Data: The following data is from the Board of Assessors for Fiscal Year 2008. Fiscal Year 2008 property assessments were determined as of January 1st 2007 based on market sales from 2006. The assessments were used to generate real estate tax bills for property owners in Northborough. Some property information may have changed after this listing was released due to database corrections, abatements, new construction, land subdivision, or change of use. Those changes occurring after the assessment date do not appear in this file.
