The following data is from the Board of Assessors for Fiscal Year 2013. The Fiscal Year 2013 assessments are based on market activity from calendar year 2011 and reflect an assessment date of January 1, 2012. Some property information may have changed after this listing was released due to database corrections, abatements, new construction, land subdivision, or change of use. Those changes occurring after the assessment date may not appear in this file.
