Website Update Frequency
Website Update Frequency How often is the data contained in this website updated?
The parcel GIS layers and owner assessment data that comprise the GIS-Web Application
website are updated yearly. The last update on the parcel boundaries was performed
in Q4 2013, and the Assessment data is updated on a regular basis. Some property
information may have been changed after these dates. Changes resulting from database
corrections or the abatement process and any new construction, land subdivision
or change of use occurring after these dates do not appear on this site.
Also note that some GIS layers (e.g. contours, orthophotography (aerial photos), soils, etc.)
are not updated quarterly and may only be updated on a yearly (or longer) basis.
