Welcome to the Town of Grafton’s Online Mapping System! This system provides 7-day
a week, 24 hour a day access to the Town's maps and records maintained at the Assessor's
Office. The Town of Grafton provides this site to you as an interactive tool to
make customized maps, find property information, and explore the Town's GIS data
layers.
Instructions
You have four options for viewing information on this site:
Searches can be conducted in three ways: Property ID, Street Address, or Property
Owner Name. You do not need to enter all three criteria to find a property.
PROPERTY ID: This is a formatted number used to represent the number assigned to
a property on the Assessors' Maps and for tax billing. To use this search feature,
you must enter the formatted number. This number is broken down into four components:
All property ID numbers begin with 110/
The next three digits are the Assessors' Map number
The next number is always a zero
The next number is the Assessors' Block number (only used to identify condo units)
The next number is the Assessors' Lot number
Examples:

| Map 113 Lot 104 is formatted as follows: |
110/113.0-0000-0104.0 |
| Map 133 Block 2892 Lot 2 is formatted as follows: |
110/133.0-2892-0002.0 |
STREET ADDRESS: You can search with only a street name from the drop down menu for a list of properties along a street or a combination of street name and street number for a specific location.
OWNER NAME: You can search for a property owner by using just the last name to generate a general list or you can type in the last name and first name, separated only by a space, do not enter commas, to find someone specific.
Example:
To search for all Smiths enter: SMITH
To search for John Smith enter: SMITH JOHN
TOWN MAP: Click on this button to take you to the map of the Town. You can use the tools to zoom in and find a specific location if you don’t know the street address.

The parcel data displayed on this site is updated annually in the month of July and reflects ownership and parcel information as of January first. This information may change over the course of the year as a result of database corrections, the abatement process, new construction, land subdivision or change of use. These changes will not appear on this site. Please contact the Assessors' Office for current information.
